I am now editing this review as Tulip called and said they were going to be doing the cremation after all. It was a frustrating, stressful couple of days, but but they were very apologetic for adding to our stress. Thank you Tulip for deciding to help with this. My son-in-law passed away unexpectedly while on a mini vacation with my daughter. After he passed she came back home to Washington and we made arrangements for a direct cremation with Tulip. It has been a very stressful time but we thought that was one thing taken care of and she couldn’t do anything else until she received the death certificates. Unfortunately this morning they called and said he was 5 pounds over their limit so we would have to find somewhere else. I even offered to pay extra, but all they could do was offer their condolences. We don’t need their condolences, we just need this nightmare to be over. There was nothing anywhere in the paperwork about a weight limit. If there had been we could have made other arrangements in the beginning!

Very easy and great communication. Also very very cost efficient. Exactly what you need at times like this. We lost my baby brother and decided on Tulip. Couldn't have made a better decision. They aren't super personal as it's all online.... But it's very very easy and fast. I didn't need personal. That's for when Ty came home. They answer their phone when needed, are super responsive and I highly recommend them

TULIP Cremation provide discreet, timely service. There was some duplication, particularly when interfacing with automatically generated responses through the computer. However, talking to one on one by telephone, I quickly regained my confidence in moving forward with them.
