We look after them in a climate controlled environment and carefully prepare their body for cremation.
We register the death in the county where your loved one passed away and apply for a cremation permit from the state. We also obtain certified copies of the death certificate on your behalf. These are required by banks, government agencies, insurance companies, former employers and other organizations.
We place your loved one’s ashes in a simple container and return them to any US postal address by fully trackable USPS Priority Mail Express. Our Care Team will be in touch to discuss which delivery dates are the most convenient for you.
The end-to-end cremation process typically takes 7-10 business days.
Death certificates can take longer, depending on the local health department.
